For our Marketing Coordinator, we are looking for a highly self-motivated, innovative, and graphically proficient individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving the status quo and helping our company grow in new, extraordinary ways. You will be working alongside our Marking and Business Development Manager on a daily basis and she expects you to be ready and excited to play a key role in the marketing of FF&P. You will provide support for all areas of marketing, proposal coordination and production, writing/editing content, and providing support for business development efforts and public relations. This includes researching and tracking RFP/Q opportunities, coordinating and producing streamlined, laser-focused proposal submissions and graphic interview materials, developing and maintaining newsletters/mailers/blog posts in line with FF&P’s communication/PR strategy, maintaining website content, supporting our social media campaign efforts, coordinating PR campaigns, supporting business development efforts, identifying and proposing internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand, and contributing to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives. You will also be a part of a new generation of growth within our company.
To be successful in this role at FF&P you must be innovative, and self-motivated, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously (including project submissions, graphic support and client research), have experience developing compelling graphic presentations/proposals/press releases/etc., possess an eye for graphic style and quality, be ready to contribute to the creation and development of new ideas, campaigns, and strategies, and possess a positive, confident, professional demeanor and a helpful, can-do attitude.
You must have earned a Bachelors degree or have equivalent experience, be proficient/expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects), be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and have 2+ years of experience in marketing/PR/brand management (preferably at a professional services firm). Knowledge of the Architectural and Design industries, 3D Max, HTML web design, photography, art, and a basic knowledge of CRM programs are a plus.

We are looking for an Architect/BIM Manager team member who is technologically savvy and process-oriented. You will be developing and maintaining Revit templates and content libraries, developing, documenting, and implementing BIM company standards and best practices, providing modeling and content creation assistance to project teams, and assisting the development and implementation of Project Execution Plans. You will be working directly with other studio members every day to help resolve technical issues and will help train our team on Revit and BIM best practices. To do this, you will track evolving industry best practices and standards for Revit and BIM, identify and track technologies and software applications relevant to FF&P's mission to make our clients' lives better through architecture, engage with management and project teams to test and refine new processes and deliverables, and conduct hands-on evaluations of software, plug-ins, utilities, and web resources.
As an architect, you will be interacting and coordinating with the design team throughout the design process, assist in managing the project, developing the design, drawing set and deliverables, managing and assisting in the production of working drawings compliant with building codes, project requirements, jurisdictional reviews, and permits, assist in the construction process (answering RFIs, reviewing submittals and solving construction related issues and field problems), and coordinating consultants (including reviewing drawings and integrating within the design).
You must have 5-10 years architectural experience with at least 5 years as an architect and/or Job Captain (firm-wide CAD/ BIM Management preferred). You must have earned a Bachelor or Masters of Architecture from an accredited institution (LEED and California Architecture Licensure is preferred, but not required), have experience and knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and cost estimating. To be successful at FF&P you must also be an expert with Revit, have experience with Dynamo and 3rd Party add-ins, and be proficient in current versions of AutoCAD, Sketch Up, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office (Laser cutter and 3D printer experience are a plus). You must have a comprehensive understanding of project coordination and the related requirements for all design disciplines to support project design, goals and objectives, and have experience with all aspects of professional services from schematic design through project close-out, including design and technical expertise.
